now however

so, now finally.
I begin with the last weekend. with my course “geochemical analysis” and two very motivated scientists are we driven off around two topic-order too investigate once wanted we the mixing proportion of groundwater with geothermalen wässern to examine. this in geysir, where a PAPER with analyses exists of course, this is however quite old. In addition we take not only the temperature, but also the content the most important volatile (CO2 and H2S) and the anions and cations, which we however only in run the term will determine. We thus on Friday with nem heap of stuff drove off, only a small stop with Nesjavellir, one of the power stations for Reykjavik made and have with one come there which gas of water phase separate rehearse directly from the borehole taken. The borehole had a depth of approx. 2km the water a pressure of 12bar, which causes a boiling temperature of approx. 200°C. one really notices thus here which for an energy in it puts there. then geschwind few rehearse taken, naturally cooled, so that the volume in the bottle does not shrink, and the negative pressure gasses from the water would float.

and in the evening then still one titrated.
the CO2 + H2S with one back acid cousin titration and the H2S with HgAc wenns interests.
on the next day then the whole somewhat longer in geysir, genuinly madly at this prestige place so scientifically, before all the H2S titration rumzuposen must one locally make and makes already which ago if one multicolored liquids has
then after 7 grant rehearse-take in cold weather titrate tititrieren…. we had 16 to rehearse and had for each for 2mal the two ttrationen to make. 8 hours concentrated work we used and the result were genuinly ok. only zw. 1-3 ppm deviations between two measurements.
